The American Legion Post 323 will host District 13’s Children & Youth Picnic on Nov. 5, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Legion Post 323 at 1124 Ashlar Ave., in Lehigh Acres.

There will be games for children and adults, as well as food, baskets, raffles, miniature horse petting and feeding.

Come see the latest firefighting equipment and dive into some free ice cream provided by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Ice Cream Response Team.

All proceeds from the picnic will go to help pay for transportation to Tallahassee for the Boys and Girls State Participants.
