DOH-Lee to open environmental health and engineering satellite permitting office in Lehigh
The Florida Department of Health in Lee County (DOH-Lee) has announced the opening of a new Environmental Health and Engineering satellite office in Lehigh. Services will start at the new location on Nov. 1.
The new office is at:
600 Homestead Road S. Unit 15
Lehigh Acres, FL 33974
This new satellite office will be an additional permitting service location for customers and businesses. Public health programs included are onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems (i.e., septic systems), public pools, mobile home parks, group care facilities and associated food service, biomedical waste generation, tattoo and piercing businesses, tanning facilities, and limited use well water systems. These services will continue to be offered at the other Environmental Health and Engineering locations on Victoria Avenue and Danley Drive.
