The Veterans Day Ceremony in Lehigh Acres will be hosted at Veterans Park and Recreation Center on Homestead Road South at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11.

This event is hosted jointly by the VFW and American Legion for all community members to honor our veterans. All encouraged and welcome to attend to thank a veteran. The available seating is limited so you may want to bring a chair.

All gave some and some gave all. Let’s honor them.

Stop in for burgers and hot dogs at no charge (donations to cover meal are greatly appreciated), immediately following the ceremony at the American Legion Post 323 (behind Burger King at 1124 Ashlar Ave., Lehigh Acres.

Please note, Post 323 is a family friendly, non-smoking, non-profit facility and all meals are open to the public, including Friday night Fish and Shrimp Fry or Prime Rib Special.
