Our community is important to us, especially our veterans and their families. Open to the public, American Legion Post 323 would like to personally invite you to join us for our Independence Weekend Beach Bash Picnic this Saturday, July 6 from noon until 7 p.m. at our Post in Lehigh Acres. We are located at 1124 Ashlar Ave. in Lehigh Acres, behind Burger King and Wells Fargo Bank.

Hamburgers and hot dogs will be available from noon to 3 p.m. accompanied by live, steel drum musical entertainment. The cornhole competition starts at noon, followed by activities throughout the day, including a water slide for the kids, $1,000 Lighthouse Inn & Suites raffle package and many other high dollar raffle prizes. The pot luck buffet is from 5 to 7 p.m. All event proceeds benefit the Post Building Fund and will be used for much needed improvements.

As of May 1, 2023, Post 323 is a NON-SMOKING, family-friendly and non-profit facility with respectable house rules. We are open to the public for all meals and special events. Bring the family!

Smokers will continue to enjoy our Tiki Hut out back, and all patrons will enjoy our remodeled and upgraded picnic and recreation area with fire pit, all for your enjoyment, leisure and relaxation.

Enjoy our College Day and NFL Ticket big screen TV package while you enjoy a meal, or celebrate a special occasion with friends and family in our Canteen or Banquet Room available for rent.

We invite all veterans and their family members to join, renew or transfer their membership to American Legion Post 323. Your membership provides vital support to veteran services and outreach in local communities. Members also receive exclusive member discounts, access to scholarships, clubs and programs, along with 12 issues of the American Legion Magazine. Most importantly, the camaraderie. Simply stop by and ask the Canteen Manager or any Post Officer for an application.
