Heatherwood Construction is proud to announce and celebrate the 15-year work anniversary of Brendon West, a dedicated and invaluable member of our team. West has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment, skill, and leadership, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and success over the past decade and a half.

West joined Heatherwood Construction in 2009 as a project superintendent and has since risen to the position of director of Field Operations. Throughout his tenure, West has consistently over-delivered, earning high praise from our clients. He serves as a vital liaison between customers, vendors, contractors, and other members of the leadership team, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. His responsibilities include monitoring project safety, quality, workmanship, cleanliness, and schedule, as well as supervising all field construction to ensure every project meets established quality standards, design, budget, and schedule.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, West regularly visits all Heatherwood’s jobsites, providing invaluable support to project managers and superintendents. His oversight on all Heatherwood’s projects in the field has made him a valuable resource and a cornerstone of our operations.

West’s dedication to excellence began early in his career. He was a two-time recipient of the Student of Distinction Award from Lely High School Career and Technical Education Department in 2008 and was honored with the Do the Right Thing Award by the Collier County Sheriff’s Department in 2003.
