Graciano Lopez

Graciano Lopez, of Lehigh Acres, has been sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child under 12. He has also been designated a sexual predator.

Lopez, 52, was found guilty in March following a trial in Lee County. Assistant State Attorney Adam Sullivan prosecuted the case.

The crime was reported to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in January of 2024, after the young victim told a family member Lopez groped her while she was in bed sleeping.
