In the Snow: Everyone seems to be enjoying the Kiwanis Thrift Store’s Snow Day held July 24 in front of the firm on Homestead Rd. Nearly 1,000 people turned out for the event, according to Steve Baker, the store manager. He said some 400 hotdogs and 320 slices of Fonzis pizzas were given out. Baker said the kids seemed to enjoy the snow, something that a lot of them have never seen.
