It is time for Congress to acknowledge healthcare reform

In my opinion you have mis-stated the facts: the Court did NOT uphold the Act, the Court simply declared it, "a tax". You, and your ilk, merely spin the decision to create an illusion that the Act is positive law when in fact it is nothing but a regulation in equity (commerce). The 'decision' pacifies the communists and places the implementation and enforcement of the Act in an Administrative (un-Constitutional) cesspool.

This opens for debate many, many equitable and Constitutional issues. i.e. Who actually identified the 'authors' of the Act and how do those authors (from within the government-corporation) entities purport to have the Constitutional authority to impose such 'legislation' on natural men and women? This is most probably beyond your level of comprehension but possibly you could get one of your puppeteers to make a comment?
