At 4:11 a.m. Aug. 22, Lee County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to a robbery at the 7-11 at 4225 Lee Blvd.
Witnesses state that a black man entered the store, brandishing a large revolver, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. During the robbery, a clerk was struck in the head with the revolver.
The man is described as 5'11," in his mid 20's and wearing a white T-shirt, gray sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
The man's face was partially covered with a camouflage mask. Upon leaving the store, the man fled to the south.
